The worst support ever
The worst support ever. I have been in business for 24 years now and have been with Heart the the majority of that time. The support as well as the features offered is very very poor. Recently I received an email from them telling me that a domain name will auto-renew.. it didn't and even though I renewed it manually a day before expiry, it still went into redemption and now they are asking for me to pay to retrieve it, even though they told me it would be renewed automatically. I have spent 6 days trying to get an answer and for help to retrieve the domain and it's been like pulling teeth. Shocking! What a way to treat a customer who has spent many thousands with this company over the years. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Please, beware.. stay away and look elsewhere would be my advice! I have, and the support at the new company (Krystal) has been amazing.
