Good with space for minor improvements
Overall, the experience was good and pleasant. I found the appointment email was not entirely clear about what fasting entailed (you had to click through to a link while the email also explained how to fast; it was not clear you had to read the link as well which mentioned details). I had drunk weak black tea, which was not recommended. This was frustrating but the appointment was rescheduled quickly by a helpful medic. At the new appointment we were seen by a young medic, Michelle, who was charming, caring, efficient and professional. The results came through very quickly and were useful and thorough. My only comment is that I would prefer the dashboard to let you see immediately in what specific aspects you need to make improvements (currently you see the overall health area (eg heart health) but you then have to go through several subareas to find the specific thing requiring improvements).
