Poor customer service
I think they are only wasting money by hiring operators as they are of no help. Tried to place order online but technical hlitch with their web, they didn’t resolve at all despite being contacted multiple times. And like the other reviewer said they cancel your order and ask you to place new order bit don’t give you the discounted price. They should either improve their customer service for online ordering or just stop taking online orders.
