I'm really surprised to see the rating
I'm really surprised to see the rating. I bought my Picanto from new, had a great £99 service plan and the only issues I had are: Being led to believe all the white ones were sold. Tyres didn't last long - my replacement all weather ones have gone much further and I'm a careful driver USB is useless It's needed a jump start twice but that's when we had cold snaps and I wasn't using it much - no fault of Kia. They were obliging in replacing wheel nuts which had rusted Not always the best service - they wanted to charge for a replacement log book when I forgot yo take it for a stamp at the other side of the country (original purchase location). I purchased 3 Mots for £69 and moved after one... A shame for my pocket! They wouldn't negotiate a better deal at point of sale, not even free car mats! So I give them 4 stars, based on the above and the cracking reliability of my car to date, which boosts the score considerably.
