Terrible Company Rude Staff
Terrible Company Send my delivery to a different address, called yesterday and was told I'd get a call back, didn't happen. Started an online chat that no one could be bothered to answer. Today I get a email asking for my email address, name and what I ordered.... Seriously does anyone there no what you're doing? All the time that you're messing me about, I'm paying 3 times the amount every day I go to the gym for protein, so thanks for that! What a professional response... Wonder why I would put an address or a random stranger on my order, that makes perfect sense doesn't it... hmmm so what I did was go on to google, look for a random address, get the post code and enter it in.. You are absolutely clueless apparently.. Why did you comment on the way I spoke to your staff? I asked what had happened to my order and she was going to call back, so please don't lie on this review! Funny how you didn't comment on the poor service of the girl who took my call, telling me she would call back. Funny I still haven't had that call, also funny how your chat service was online for hours but no one responded.. That must be my fault as well In running a business, service is key! treating customers with common decency and respect as we pay your bills, remember that for when you throw your toys out of your pram next time you make a mistake. I will await a written apology from you. *Update Again due to lack of listening... 1) Your staff said she'd speak to her manager and call me back, had nothing to do with royal mail.. 2) Online chat was well within time, had well over an hour before closing and clearly said online 3) Who cares how many reviews I have left, has nothing to do with your terrible service. it's just sad that all you have lead with. 4) Again who cares it's 0.8 miles from where I live, I clearly typed my address in on the website as I have lived here for many years. 5) I have now placed an order with a company who deserve my order and can manage to send it where I asked, so please cancel and refund in full failure to do so will escalate this further. and based upon previous efforts I cannot image this will be delivered anytime soon. All you have done in made excuses on this review and tried to move the attention away from the service levels. All this could have been resolved if your staff did their jobs properly and called customers back when they said they would and not ignore them for days on end. If my refund hasn't hit in full by mid week I will contact the bank and get this reversed. and continue my wonderful reviews all over social media. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and reflect on your actions.
