First time using Covers
Website was easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward with clear information on the products. Website stated estimated delivery 3 days. Placed the order on a weekend, Monday received am email stating delivery day was Wednesday, unfortunately the driver ran out of time for Wednesday and I was informed the delivery would now be the next day which was fine, the driver was friendly and helpful and placed it where I wanted it to go. I ordered it earlier as this sometimes can happen. What I really liked was the contract/communication from Covers which kept me informed. Overall I was very impressed with the company and will definitely be using them again.
