Dreadful service, go to Aa or Rac
Dreadful service, waited 6 hours for assistance, left a vulnerable young lady in a lane with no street lights on her own for 6 hours. 10 phone calls made to emergency number, all of the operators lied about the ETA. I would have given zero stars but was unable. Sign up with the Aa or race would be my advice.
