Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Purchased a petrol powered jet washer and whilst the delivery date was pushed back a few times this was due to let arrival in port of the ship / cargo transporting from China so out of Sitebox’s control. Even had a slight issue with the machine which needed a small part replacing but at all times the customer service couldn’t have been better and Carmen in particular at Sitebox was excellent, keeping me updated and replying to e mails promptly. Would definitely use this company again.
