How to waste your life listening to their customer service
You will waste a lifetime trying to get answer from their useless chat only customer service. They do not own a telephone number despite them asking how they can contact you from a complaint form. I cannot believe the reviews on here are genuine, when they have such serious access issues on mobile devices. 2 hours online asking the same question and they just delay ask irrelevant questions and them repeat themselves. This is because the names are made up and different operators jump on conversations and then ask all the same questions again. I think it is all a game to them. They are challenging themselves by how long they can drag a chat out for. If you have an account and cannot log in via your iphone it is not you! It is SDM and their useless tech support. The account can ONLY be accessed via a desktop NOT an iPhone. Still unresolved after three years of complaining and will never be resolved. Go to a real service provider and leave these inept morons to their netflix series and selling lipsticks.
