MEA airlines provide the only direct flight from Copenhagen to Lebanon, although the tickets could reach double the price of a transit flight by fx Turkish airlines the service on MEA is AWFUL. It’s so chaotic, once during check in for our flight from Lebanon to Copenhagen, we were told that the plane was full and no seats left, although we had a ticket to that particular flight. For a moment you get the impression that you’re dealing with a public buss company. They wanted us to buy new tickets for the next flight, not until we threatened them with complaining they agreed of letting us on the next flight without additional charges. They didn’t compensate with an accommodation, we were forced to pay for our own accommodation for that night. Making a long story short. The Middle East airlines should not be operating as airlines, they don’t have a clue how to provide service and no idea how to run there business. No more MEA airlines.
