Horrible quality! Horrible customer service!
I ordered veneered MDF radiator grill panels, they arrived on time but in horrible condition. Burn lines from the laser cutter going across all panels from side to side on both sides, cut not straight, totally unusable. I phoned to request a replacement or a refund, they offered £20 refund (I paid £12 for delivery only) for me to leave the panels and sand them down with a palm sander, because their workmen have forgotten to sand the panel after cutting. But I have to be careful and not overland it, as the veneer is think and I can damage the panels. In this case they will not take them back. I refused such a "generous" offer and asked them to collect their items and refund me in full. But this is also not on their agenda. They do not arrange the collection of faulty items, I have to post them on my own expense. Fighting with them led absolutely nowhere, I gave up on my money and through away the panels, as they cannot be used on a display piece of furniture. Beware! If something goes wrong with them, you will end up being in the wrong. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
