False Promises and No Support After Signing Up
I had high hopes when I signed up for a course with The Learning People, but unfortunately, my experience so far has been very underwhelming. They are extremely quick to sell you the course and paint a rosy picture of the support you'll receive throughout your journey. However, as soon as I paid, the support they promised has been non-existent. I was sold the course by someone who seemed genuinely lovely over the phone and was very responsive before I signed up. But since then, it's been a completely different story. I've been trying to reach him on LinkedIn for over a month now and have been completely ignored. The initial enthusiasm he showed is nowhere to be found. I’ve only just started the course, and I'm already feeling let down. Given this is the beginning of my journey towards a career change, the lack of support is not just frustrating but also worrying. It doesn’t give me any confidence that The Learning People will deliver on the promises they made during the sales pitch. If this is what the experience looks like at the start, I dread what’s ahead. Proceed with caution if you're considering signing up.
