Good service in response to a minor gripe!

I called Good Energy regarding increases in my monthly payments. As I am always in credit I thought it a little sharp for the bills to be increasing when we are coming out of the colder months when the energy consumption of my household will go down. The phone was answered promptly and once my situation was explained the direct debit was adjusted back to my usual payments. Obviously that will be reviewed at a later date and I am happy with that. It is often not the problem or issue that causes bad reviews but rather the resolution. This issue was dealt with in a swift and efficient manner resulting in a happy customer. Definitely the sign of a good brand. Thank you Abi for your help today.
