Uselss Customer Service
I asked if they could diagnose and probably fix some aerial connection problems. An appointment was made for the following day when, at lunchtime, I received an automated message saying they were busy but that my job had a high priority and they would be turning up the next day. Exactly the same thing happened the next day - and then again on the thrid day. I 'phoned to cancel the appointment but received no answer. They are stil telling me they will come the next day.
