I had an issue transferring funds due to an error with their mobile app, which meant I couldn't pay for a service. This caused both some inconvenience and embarrassment, so I raised a complaint. This is a payment service complaint, therefore I should have had a response within 15 days, 6 weeks later still nothing, despite my attempts to highlight to Kroo they are non compliant. I have read the 1 star reviews which are indicative of my experience, whilst things generally run well, when anything goes wrong, the lack of customer service is attrocious. I have to consider my next action once I finally get a reply to my complaint, regardless of what this is, they are not adhering to complaint compliance and this needs raising potentially via the FOS. Wish me luck!
