Worst customer service experience, the agent was like a robot reading off a script, not even acknowledging the issue I described or customizing her response to a human being on the other side of the line. She couldn’t be bothered less. To answer to your comment below, I did reach out to you and you are refusing to refund me for an order i didn’t receive
