Great experience because of Bernadette!
We recently sold our flat in Reading with Prospects. The whole process took close to a year but Bernadette Martin at Prospects was an absolute gem and made the process that little bit easier. Excellent communication (there was an awful lot of back and forth). She always let us know what was going on, chased answers more times than I can count and helped with any issues we had post selling the house. If you’re selling a house - I’d only be recommending Prospects because of Bernadette and how much easier she made the whole process. My only negative comment is to NOT use one of the solicitors they recommend (Melia Mumford). They were by far the worst solicitors I have dealt with. Emails not replied to for weeks, despite their ‘10 working day turn around’. Would not recommend these solicitors to anyone.
