I would strongly advise both customer and new Employees to stay clear of this company

I would strongly advise both customers and potential employees to avoid this company. From the inside, it’s clear that there is no moral compass guiding how this business operates. Customers are regularly misled, particularly around VAT, which is not made clear upfront and feels intentionally vague until payment is due. This lack of transparency borders on deceptive and leaves customers feeling ripped off. Staff treatment is equally poor. Employees are paid minimum wage with no incentives, no recognition, and no real support. Expectations are high, but respect is nonexistent. Morale is low for a reason. Advertising does not match reality. What is promised to customers often differs from what is actually delivered, creating frustration on both sides and leaving staff to deal with the fallout. To make matters worse, there is no proper parking provided, forcing staff to park on nearby residential driveways and streets, creating tension with local residents — an issue the company clearly has no interest in resolving. Overall, this is a company that prioritises profit over people, honesty, and ethics. I would not recommend engaging with them in any capacity.
