This was my first house sale. I didn’t know where to start. I spoke to Will @ Sellmyhome and also spoke with the “High Street” agents. I went with Sellmyhome as they enabled me to tailor the services offered to my specific requirements. The board was erected within 24 hours, the sales brochure was like nothing I’d ever seen the photographs were excellent. I have handed out the remaining brochures to my friends that were planning on moving. When the house went live I was inundated with viewing requests, the team at Sellmyhome took over, all I had to do was show the house off. This was a great help as I was working full time and found it difficult to get time during work hours to log in.
