STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY
Bought a Migali 2 burner hot plate back in the middle of March, it was supposed to ship in 48 hours or less, after 10 days of trying to get in touch with them to check on the status of my order, a lady finally gets in touch with me, she tells me that the item went up in price and that I needed to pay $70 more or they would have to cancel my order, I asked why would I have to pay more money if I had already paid what they were asking for on their website... Long story short, she cancelled my order and it's been over a month since I placed the order and I still don't have my money back, had to put a claim on my cc card... Will see what happens, but seems to me this is how they do business... Don't trust their prices on their website they will ask you for more $ after you buy. STAY AWAY from these crooks!! **UPDATE** I wanted the Migali (which is what I paid for) not the Atosa YOU offered me for more $$$ as a replacement. It took you guys over 2 months to issue my refund??!! And all I've got was BS excuses... I have no idea how you guys are still in business the way you run that company. **UPDATE 2** The Migali was not out of stock, you guys offered to ship it the same day if I paid the extra money you were asking me for (which I declined)... I still have the emails if you want to see them. So please stop your with your BS excuses.
