Pippa is a star: Excellent at conveying the relevant information with clarity and honesty. Sensitive to all sorts of issues that emerge during the consultation and went above and beyond with respect to (a) empathy with my situation and (b) flexing around my specific requirements. I am now recommending Estate Planning Solutions to all my friends (though of course, no one really wants to think of these things… I remind them that it is necessary- death comes to us all - so one may as well be proactively organised in order to help our loved ones as much as possible during the time they may be struggling the most).
