Shady at best
It's a high interest loan so, whatever is your payment amount isn't being put into the pay-off, just interest. Paid off my loan. They did give me money, its just how bad/weird their support is. Low score because of how shady this company is; talking to support always leads me to the same person, a middle-eastern sounding guy with a bad microphone who's on speaker because I can hear myself in the background. He kept changing his name to some generic three-letter English name like Bob or Rob. (He thought he hung up just to answer again under a different name.) Ontop of that he asked me to do something weird; over the phone, he asked me to say random words as if he was trying to make an a.i. model of my voice. And told me to take a selfie with my driver's license in one hand and social security card in the other saying its the final step in the verification process. I didn't do the selfie and got approved anyways. You guys have a rouge employee that's probably stealing info and need to deal with that.
