Mixed experience with customer service
The product selection is excellent and I appreciate the frequent buy-one-get-one deals. However, I've had inconsistent experiences with staff knowledge - some are very helpful while others seem new and unsure about product details. The store layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for though.
