Carnforth staff you are the best!
I have been to the new store in Carnforth a few times now. Every time its been a very good experience. This weekend they really went above and beyond to help me find the item that I needed. I'm not a tradesman just a bungling amateur DIY'er. They were really helpful and knowledgeable people. For anyone else in my position who has worried that you will look daft without "trade knowledge" at Screwfix, worry not! Sorry I didn't take the duty manager's name or the young lady who he was working with but my thanks and I do hope this gets passed on to the store. Great staff Screwfix! Look after them or I'll be poaching them for my company. ( in fact I might do anyway) Neil Robinson
