I would definitely not recommend…
I would definitely not recommend renting your property with Cottage Fields. I had an absolute nightmare with the tenants that they ‘recommended’. So much of their management was questionable throughout. Do not accept their Landlord Insurance, absolute rip off and total farce. Their awful tenants finally moved out of my property nearly a year ago and I’m still being chased for utility payments. My experience with them was awful. Absolute amateurs.
