Tutor and customer service is extremely poor

My wife is paying out a lot of money to do a course The customer service and the tutor service is below average.now waiting over a week for a call back or an email back due to an assessment failed with absolutely no feedback attached… This is now 8 phone calls and 6 emails with no response… Personally I would look to train elsewhere.
