Lovely Customer Service
Just spoke to a chap in the customer service team, I’d sent proof of affordability in and my current statement still had my old address on…. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ We had a giggle because it’s been like that for nearly 2 years. But thank you made me feel so comfortable and yes I’ve now changed it thanks to the lovely chap. ☺️
