Use SellMyHome - no ifs, no buts...
Today we exchanged contracts on our sale handled by SellMyHome. We have been very impressed with the level of professionalism in representing us, and the efficiency of communications from the SellMyHome team - the two primary roles of any agent. Special thanks to Robbie and the tenacity displayed in dealing with other parties and driving through a positive result, but all the team members we have dealt with have been efficient, reliable and friendly, including the photographer whose work we were very satisfied with. We have used several estate agents for previous sales; this is the first online estate agent experience for us, and has unquestionably been the best - less due to being online, and more because SellMyHome have delivered to high standards. I would recommend them without hesitation (and take the completion package, it's worth every penny).
