Terrible experience/ absent customer service
Terrible experience, and absent customer service or consideration We ordered some Phantom Bogle from their website on 10th July and other than the confirmation email, heard nothing from them for weeks. When we chased them up they eventually admitted that they didn't actually have the stock to sell, and were awaiting a delivery themselves they were expecting for around mid to late August. This deadline came and went and in early September we chased again (having received no contact from them whatsoever). They then advised that they were expecting it by the end of that week They then explained that the original money had been returned and then advised us that we had to re-order! At this point we opted not to trust them further given the above experience, as essentially they had already reneged on the contract to supply once (citing their own terms and conditions which essentially allow them to simply let you down without consequence) Essentially, they take your order in the first instance for wine they simply do not possess and unlike more reputable websites, there is no way of knowing that they wine you are purchasing is not actually (in our case) even in the country! Simply put - terrible. Don't let the prices fool you - better to stick with a more established wine seller. Avoid.
