Tour guide great, customer service awful
Our tour guide was great. The customer service of EF was awful. I was unable to reach a person on the phone for weeks and as a result had to pay for a flight that I didn't take. Any time I had an issue, it was very difficult to get help. We went to London, which is a place where we have traveled before. I found the price of the trip is over priced compared to the service. I will not use this company again.
