Poor customer service
I ordered some merchandise most was ok but sizing for ladies t-shirt was bad at best. Back it went and I paid for postage & tracking (smart move on tracking). Called 11 days after mdse was returned per USPS and the guy all but called me a liar because he couldn't confirm my tracking number. We said to wait 2 weeks. I hung up & called USPS who (again) confirmed delivery of return was 11 days ago. If my refund isn't processed in 3 more days I will definitely take action because of the service I received.
