I wanted a flexible insurance cover quote for…My Caravan
I wanted an insurance cover quote for my caravan. Talked to on person who emailed me a quote. I noticed that on the quote there was a product named but wasn't included. I didn't understand what the "Layover Option" was. I called back and talked to a different man. he explained what the "Layover Option" was in a very brief detail but, did not explain it in full, and did not mention that the option would save me a lot of money and be of help when I am not traveling . I called back and this time I talked to a lovely lady by the name of "Renee". Renee explained in detail what that option was and that it would greatly reduce my yearly premium, explained clearly how it works in full. I felt very happy and verry confident talking with Renee as she helped me to take out a great policy that really suits my needs rather than one that was going to cost me a lot more than necessary. As a pensioner that is an integral part for me. I highly recomend that, Renee is recognised for her knowledge, her kindness to explain things well and sell a product that absolutely suits the customers needs, and not one that is generic and costly and ubsuitable. Well done to Renee!!
