I stumbled upon a miracle with Form
I truly feel like I stumbled upon a miracle when I found Form. Having avoided doctors my whole life due to the shame associated with being overweight, I was hesitant about meeting new providers, unsure of what their approach would be. Immediately upon meeting both my Form doctor and Form dietician, I was completely blown away by their kind, caring, and non-judgmental approach. Their easy-to-follow guidance coupled with the medication they prescribe has been extremely beneficial for me. After a lifetime of unsuccessful dieting and exercise programs that were hard to stick to and ultimately led me to give up and gain the weight back, I am floored that the Form approach exists. I hope everyone who needs it will give themselves the gift of working with Form. I am still at the beginning of my journey but for the first time in my life, I am certain I will meet my goals.
