Cardahealth is an excellent program. When I started my health, energy level and lungs were in very poor condition. To the point I was afraid I would be house bound from here on out. But doing the exercise sessions I grew stronger mentally as well as physically. I believe a lot of our health issues are mental and you have to be healed both mentally and physically to stronger. A wonderful therapist and and excellent exercise program that slowly helps to grow back to whom you use to be is Cardahealth. I had an excellent therapist Destiny R, makes me comfortable, she explained anything I ask. She was friendly, and she gave me a schedule of workouts that she knew I could handle by watching and working with me. I grew stronger with each session.
