Bereavement service is excellent
Bereavement service is excellent. I was amazed when Affinity water sorted out the change of name on the account in less than 2 minutes. This compares to other utility companies who seem to make the transfer as complex and difficult as they possibly can. Well done Affinity for sorting this out.
