Soo annoyed
I'm soo annoyed. I rang AIG at weekend to add my son to my policy for 1 day for his driving test as his car has issues at present. They reverted me to do so online through its4women site. I tried this and at the end got a flag to say its not possible to ad driver and to contact an agent. So monday morning was spent trying to contact anyone in AIG or its4women and i cpuld not get Any help. Very frustrated as my son has now missed his driving test over this and had already waited months for the call. The policy should be more user friendly if they want us to use it online. Angry 😠
