I had an online appointment with their physician two days ago. At the end of appointment they said that your prescription has been sent to Amazon pharmacy as requested by me. Since then I have been in contact with Amazon pharmacy once and they mentioned that they have not received prescription from them. I had called Brightside health several times without any resolution. It is very frustrating and a waste of time.
