Completely worthless agency
Completely worthless agency! Lots of issues during my renting period with this agency. Didn't manage to do a proper check in but when I left the property they manage to do a proper check out and ask me a lot of money because it was in the original state! They didn't read the contract and it was never mentioned the property was in the very good state - actually it was not and we had taken pictures to prove this. This agency is just managing to take your money and we ask for solving the problem they are very rude and never been helpful. One episode was hilarious when they lost the cheque and they ask us to contact the bank. They promise us £50 compensation and obviously we've never seen the money, even if we asked lots of time to have this back! Well, to avoid as much as you can - or take a lot of pictures and never trust them!
