Poor customer service
I've been trying to get a coop card and have been having issues setting up an online account due to already having a registered card to my email address but not having an online account. The website tells you to phone, and the call centre is shut during the advertised opening hours. No other way to resolve the issue online or via the app as they both tell you to call. Very frustrating when they increasingly require the membership card to access discounts in store.
