Billed 5 times for a monthly hosting…
Billed 5 times for a monthly hosting charge, after 6 days the support ticket hasn't even been looked at! I've had to get in touch with my bank to reverse the charges which can take 30 days. Still no response from Heart Internet. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years and while I've had many issues I've been able to resolve them or mitigate them.
