Thankfully, someone cares!
I have been a customer of Heart Internet for a very long time, with a reseller account. I no longer need that account, and it’s out of date anyway. Heart recommended another service which I agreed to move to. They said they would migrate my websites, but nothing happened. After plenty of reminders they then said that they no longer migrate accounts free of charge. Nothing then happened so I sent a support ticket. Again no reply. So, as a final attempt to get something done, I reached out on Chat, and contacted Adrian Costin. I explained the problem. Adrian apologised for the incorrect information that I had previously been given, arranged to properly set up my new account and migrate my websites. He also had to update some older sites to newer PHP versions and advised on setting up new email accounts. All this he did quickly, the whole process took less than three days and my account is now functioning as I want it. Adrian, handled the whole problem with the change of accounts and set up of the new one, quickly, efficiently and kept me fully informed throughout. He was even able to refund, as credit, some of the unused time on the old reseller amount. Thank you Adrian for a first class job, I was on the verge of finding a new supplier, but I’m pleased there is someone at Heart Internet who cares. Thank you for getting the job done, and for your friendly manner. I’m happy to continue with my account at Heart Internet. Thank you again.
