Horrible service
Ordered Solange book in November, order said would ship 12/6. It's 12/21, I've emailed twice (no response) and finally called them for status. They said 'they oversold this' and is backordered and will ship 12/22. Won't receive for Xmas. I told them (since they didn't get this already) they should send a note to the people who bought it and let them no of the delay. The woman on the phone said. "Alright."
