$38.11 extra for the 'convenience' of paying via the internet. That's another 27%, On top of the savings to the state the cost of printing and mailing the renewal notice as was done in the good old days. I don't really care that the state finds ways to streamline and reduce their costs but this comes on top of a recent money grab increase of registration fees.
