Terrible Customer service
Terrible Customer service - I have yet to try the product I thought it worth it to post about there service. I placed my order Sept 23rd, still no product. They provide tracking info but when I followed up with them they simply said wait another 6 days and they would look into it then. So there website is very deceiving it says - "Your order will ship within 3 to 5 days. For orders within the United States and Canada, please allow up to 10 days to receive your product". Please plan to wait about 3 weeks or 15 business days and hopefully your product will arrive if not at that point they might start looking into it for you. A very frustrating experience for someone in sales, if I treated my clients this way I wouldn't have any….. Not sure I will continue to try to use this product, if there is one thing I hate is BAD customer service...... Frustrated first time buyer.....
