Disappointing Experience, Seeking Resolution
I recently booked a flight for my wife with SriLankan Airlines, and the experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied. Her flight from Abu Dhabi to Sri Lanka was abruptly canceled, leading to a cascade of problems, including securing a one-way ticket to Lahore with only verbal assurances for onward travel to Sri Lanka. Upon her arrival in Lahore, she was left stranded without assistance from Sri Lankan Airlines staff, which is unacceptable. I had to make multiple calls and push through numerous obstacles to secure her another ticket from Lahore to Karachi, where she faces a long layover before reaching her final destination in Colombo. This marks the second disappointment with SriLankan Airlines, leaving us with doubts about the reliability of their services.
