I had the most disappointing experience…
I had the most disappointing experience with Lube Mobile recently. I initially reached out to them for a scheduled log book service after receiving an online quote of $1093.51. The price seemed reasonable and was actually $600 cheaper than what the manufacturer had quoted me for the same service. Based on this, I decided to book Lube Mobile for the job. However, my experience took a terrible turn when the mechanic arrived. To my utter disbelief, the mechanic informed me that there had been a "mistake" with the initial quote, and to proceed with the service, I would have to pay a staggering $2200! This was more than double the originally quoted price. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, luring customers in with a competitive quote and then dramatically inflating the price once they had your car in their possession. It's not only unethical but also a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers. Needless to say, I was furious and extremely disappointed with Lube Mobile's behavior. I had chosen them over other service providers based on the initial quote, and they completely shattered my trust by attempting to charge me an exorbitant amount that was clearly unjustified. I would strongly advise anyone considering Lube Mobile for their car servicing needs to be cautious and skeptical of their online quotes. My experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I will never consider using their services again. Their deceptive pricing practices have cost them a customer, and I will be sure to share my negative experience with others to prevent them from falling victim to the same unscrupulous tactics.
