Booked 3 rooms through certificates and due to family travel restrictions had to cancel dates and needed to rebook for one week before original dates. Absolutely no ability to change even though property has ample supply of inventory available. Manager gets on phone and spews out speech and reminded me that it wasn't their fault our plans changed and perhaps another family member can take the rooms...really? We ARE the family.
