A* service!

I have been using fresh meal prep for over a year now and it’s really helpful as a key worker to have meals ready to just grab and go. I have managed to lose and keep off over 2 stone since my journey with team fresh began. I also have medical issues which mean I need to maintain a balanced diet to prevent me becoming unwell. Since starting with fresh prep I have been able to be free from both pain and medication. I would and do regularly recommend fresh prep to all of my friends and family!
