Mounjaro poor experience.
I ordered mounjaro as they had a promotional offer on, 30% off. The price was reasonable however the service was not. I placed this order on 26th April allowing 2 weeks for it to come for my next dose to be taken on 9th May. According to their website this was approved by a doctor on 28th April, however it was not sent to Royal Mail until Saturday 3rd May. I received an email from Royal Mail on that day to tell me it would be delivered the following day, this didn’t happen despite Royal Mail lying that it did attempt to deliver. No footage of them on the ring camera. They didn’t deliver on bank holiday Monday and subsequently attempted delivery on Tuesday 6th May. I was told that this medication is safe to use for 30 days despite it being in transit and not refrigerated, if that’s the case then why bother refrigerating it in the first place. I requested a replacement and was told this couldn’t be sent until an “investigation” had been done with Royal Mail. The same process as a refund. I have had to reorder this medication from an alternative pharmacy at a higher cost, which will not arrive when I need it. The main problem with SD is they sent it over a bank holiday weekend knowing I wouldn’t receive it within a reasonable time, have failed to supply a replacement to allow me to maintain my schedule and have so far not replied to my online messages and currently have my money and have told me that no refund can be supplied until they hear from their “investigation” with Royal Mail. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I have received from Superdrug and I will not be using them in future, nor would I recommend anyone else uses them.
