Horrible experience with Travelocity
Horrible experience with Travelocity. Booked flights online, no issue. Then needed to make a change to my flight. Used the website only to have to call to book the flight online. The website quoted a price for the changes (no change fee was charged) but when I got on the call, the fee was 3 times higher. The rep could not explain this. Because I had to change the outgoing flight, I felt I had no choice. So I changed the flight. On top of it being 3 times higher, the rep charged my card 3 separate times! Working on getting a refund for 2 of them. Horrible horrible horrible! I will NEVER make the mistake of using Travelocity again!
